1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Solar PV for Schools online platform, an initiative of Suntricity (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Service Description

We provide an advanced electricity data analytic service to schools in South Africa, enabling schools to evaluate the viability of Solar PV investment as part of the energy mix, manage consumption and costs, and support savings, including but not limited to:

• AI Content Generation: Using advanced AI models to generate various types of content including KPIs, graphs, comparisons, and other media.
• Content Processing: Analysing, processing, and optimising user-uploaded content.
• Core Capabilities: Intelligent content creation and automated processing.
• Output Quality: Generating high-quality content suitable for various applications and use cases.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account.
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Be solely responsible for the content you upload for processing.
• Ensure you have proper rights and permissions for any content you upload for processing.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others and not use copyrighted material without permission.
• Use generated content responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our models.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the content you upload, although all IP generated from information uploaded and shared is the property of Suntricity. Suntricity also owns rights to content generated by our AI models based on content provided. By using the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the service to create or share content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing on the rights of others.
• Hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or violent.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic.
• Intended to deceive, mislead, or spread misinformation.
• In violation of personal privacy or using images/videos of individuals without consent.
• Content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

6. Subscription and Payment

No payment is paid by schools for services provided by the platform. Partners and sponsors support the platform through fees and commissions.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately if you breach these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
